Leadership Coaching


Leadership coaching is the ultimate tailored leadership development which benefits both the individual leader and their organisation. Investment in professional coaching is shown to reduce staff turnover, accelerate the transition of key personnel and improve individual and organisational performance.



Organisations include but are not limited to Schools, Colleges, Retail/ Hospitality groups and large corporate PLC's.

Working on a one-on-one basis (virtually or face to face) with an internationally qualified professional coach, you will work in partnership on your goals and challenges, your personal strengths and any areas for development. Together you create a strong and trusting partnership that enables you to improve and sustain your performance.


I work according to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies model which places paramount emphasis on ethical behaviour and confidentiality. 


The number of sessions you have depends on what you want to achieve. You should expect coaching to continue over a period of 6 weeks -12 months, meeting at least once a month. 6 sessions is the minimum I would recommend.

Example Costs




Option 1 £2,500

  • 1-2-1 executive coaching package of 6 sessions each for 3 employees’ (including additional call in advance to explain the process, and follow up session with directors to review progress)
  • 1 full day (or 2 half day) workshops for up to 10 staff on your own premises
  • Email and telephone access to me for 12 months following the end of the programme for those employee’s attending the coaching/workshop


Option 2 £750 month (minimum 3-month term)

  • On a retainer basis covering 8 hours per month on site coaching/ workshop delivery to be used as required.
  • Hours not used within the month can be rolled over to the following month.
  • Email and telephone access to me for 12 months following the end of the programme for those employee’s attending the coaching/workshop
